Our name "Kaneh," comes from the inspiration of an ancient oil recipe out of the book of Exodus. Kaneh-Bosum is Hebrew for Cannabis and is what makes our oil so healing. The Hemp plant is rich in cannabinoids, terpenes, fatty acids, and proteins- making CBD a regulator and adaptogen which makes it good for so many ailments and can help so many people. Add that to the sweet aroma of Cinnamon, Cassia, and Myrrh essential oils we believe you will be inspired too! Our hope is that Kaneh will become a sanctuary and you will experience rest, relaxation and healing for your mind, body, and soul.

COLD PLUNGE THERAPY

Cold water therapy has been shown to boost energy, increase baseline of dopamine, helps depression, stress relief, aids in better sleep, and helps muscle recovery. Our tub is running at a cool 49 degrees and we offer a guided 1, 3, or 5 minute plunge with post warm up.
